Berries Sweet Bump

Ingredients

100ml Plain Yogurt
Small handful of fresh berries
Half of a banana
Flaxseeds, grounded
Honey
Cinnamon

Preparation

Get a bowl and pour the plain yogurt in. Add a teaspoon of flaxseeds and half a banana. Take a fork and mash it up until their are no bigger chunks.

Wash the berries and then cover the top of the bowl with your lovely berry bumps.

To make it super delicious, drizzle honey on top and finish it with a pinch of cinnamon.

Cinnamon’s essential oils and honey’s enzyme that produces hydrogen peroxide qualify the two “anti-microbial” foods with the ability to help stop the growth of bacteria as well as fungi.
