My Beauty Recommendations

The love for beauty comes from our urge to feel emotions. In it‘s purest form called art and aesthetics. Religion builds temples, cathedrals, and churches to show power. The more beautiful, the more powerful. Here are my beauty tips.


Matcha

My first game changing hack, especially if you want to lose weight, is to drink Matcha!

The superfood is packed with antioxidants including the powerful EGCg which prevents disease, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar. Drinking a cup of matcha detoxifies naturally and effectively, boost metabolism, burns calories and lowers acidic levels in your body. Your organism can work more efficiently. You are more focused, your skin tone and texture is more even, you heal quicker and have more energy. Overall it helps you to calm your mind, makes you more relaxed and what is more beautiful than a kind personality and a glowing appearance.

How to
Drink a cup of matcha tea or latte every morning. To make it, warm up nondairy milk; I love to use vanilla flavored soy milk. Mix it with a teaspoon of matcha. Try to add the milk step by step while stirring to prevent clumps.

How to
Stop wearing foundation. Instead of lipstick and highlighter, use Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream.  After washing your hair, let them dry on its own. When dry use Argan oil and tie to a bun. After an hour you can open the bun and enjoy the most beautiful hair look without using any heat. Waves are hot! After some time your hair quality will improve and look shinier than ever. Use coconut oil as a body lotion every day before you go to bed. Do a full body peeling using coffee or sugar once a week. Cut your nails short, don’t paint them. Bleach your teeth. Sleep enough. Take everything easy. Focus on being happy. Be in the sunshine minimum 20 minutes every day.

Go vegan

Thanks to social media veganism have gained recognition as a healthy and potentially therapeutic dietary choice. Because a more plant-based diet provides more nutrition, you can’t fail eating more fruits and veggies.

People who go vegan will initially get a high because of what they take out of the diet. Saturated fat, processed or fried foods.

Benefits
Plant-based foods provide phytochemicals, which help to prevent and heal the body from cancer, boost protective enzymes, and work with antioxidants in the body.

How to
Start your day with water and fruit. Eat plenty of fruit, don’t be shy. For example 2 mangos and a bunch of grapes. The goal is to get you filled up with simple sugars and water!

Then add some superfoods like matcha into a smoothie or make yourself a matcha latte.

Snack on some nuts or berries.

Prepare three meals for the rest of the day. Keep it simple. What you aim for is finding your favorite vegan starchy stable. For example Potatoes, Rice, and beans. Keep them always in the house. If you are hungry steam some frozen veggies like broccoli and carrots and add to your rice and beans or cooked potatoes. Flavor with soy sauce, ketchup or sweet chili sauce. My beauty tip is to limit your salt and oil intake to the minimum amount possible. Drink water and green juices, always try to add lots of dark leafy greens to your meals and
