A new day has come. What will you do with this new opportunity to soar? I personally plan to relax this weekend. I will breathe, sleep a lot, lounge around and then go for a hike to nature. Also, my body is craving superfoods. I will prepare a cleanse for my colon, get blue algae flowing through my bloodstream, and grow sprouts that will make my hair stronger and thicker. The plan is to improve as much as possible – especially as far as nutrition is concerned. By the end of the year I want to feel amazing. So here I am, preparing that just in time. What about you?
