Another week is almost over and now is a perfect time to reflect on how far we have come. Are you also becoming more and more aware of the importance of having priorities? If we go from person to person, day to day, task to task without feelings, connection, or destination, we remain unsatisfied. However, if we open ourselves to the right people, chosen goals and tasks, a well-being awakens in us that even inspires. Hold tight to what you love, even if only in thought. A clear conscience is like a healthy breeding ground that helps you to grow and live your best life; the one truly meant for you.
I have learned to never cut short family and important relationships, integrity, self-respect and respect of others, accepting and following the truth, doing what’s right, even if it’s difficult and yes, this mindset made my life so much more enjoyable. Now I really feel like I belong and rest assured, that is priceless.
“One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much.” –Luke 16:10 (ESV)
Truly, I have respect for anyone who doesn’t compromise on what they want. Life tries to bend and twist us away from what we set out to do. Don’t let it. It’s knowing what to incorporate and what to fight back on that makes all the difference. May this next chapter be full of lovely priorities, that accumulate into beautiful stories; the ones that we tell at the campfire, or when we drink hot chocolate in a mountain hut. This is it. This is your only life, so, make it truly yours.
